Duck Shit Oolong or Yashi Xiang tea is one of the famous Dancong Oolong tea. It has a unique scent of silver flowers.
There are two theories about the origin of the name of the Duckshit. One is that the tea tree grows in the local "duck shit soil". The second is, after tea farmers plant the tea with a unique aroma, they worried about that it being stolen, so they deliberately called it "Duck shit tea". In 2014, the tea was renamed Yinhua Xiang as its aroma is similar to honeysuckle.
