What is black tea?
Although black tea is very popular, not everyone knows how it differs from other types of tea. In fact, all teas are made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis or Camellia shrubs. The difference lies in the way the tea is processed.

Of course not, China is the birthplace of black tea. Also, China is the place of origin of tea trees and is the first country in the world to discover and drink tea. Black tea first appeared in Chong'an, Fujian, China around 1650.
Authentic Chinese Tea
In China, there are basically provinces where tea trees are planted, and they all produce black tea. Black tea production areas are widely distributed, the main producing areas are Anhui, Yunnan, Fujian, Guangdong, Sichuan, and other provinces. And our black tea is produced in these places.
Representative black teas
The general characteristics of black tea are red soup and red leaves, with a sweet and mellow aroma and taste.
Qimen black tea, produced in Anhui, has a flower-like honey-like aroma.
Lapsang Souchong, produced in Fujian, is smoked and roasted by masson pine, with pine smoke, floral, and longan flavors. It is regarded as the earliest black tea.
Jin Junmei, the top Lapsang Soup, is harvested from whole buds and has a floral, fruity, woody fragrance.
Dianhong, produced in Yunnan, has a bright red color, strong taste, and high cost-effectiveness.
Chuanhong, produced in Sichuan, has a fresh fragrance and orange fragrance.
Caffeinated tea
Compared with other types of tea, black tea has more caffeine content, but it is also 3/4 less than coffee. Therefore, black tea can also be a perfect substitute for coffee and improve refreshing.
Also, black tea is the best energy drink suitable for morning drinking. It can be refreshing, so we are not recommended to drink it two hours before sleeping, immediately after drinking, or when you are hungry.
